The weather will be a non-factor
It seems that people in New England still believe the weather will be in single digits on Sunday. I know the weather man is not always correct, but as of right now they are saying 20-30 degrees. My 10 year old nephew could play football in 20 degree weather with little more than a jacket on and it would not affect him one bit. Yes, Indy plays in a dome, but they do throw outdoors during practice in Indy where it is 20-30 degrees. I think New England is just wearing their players down if they are practicing in sub-degree weather. And even if it is in single digits that is not anything new to people in the midwest. The weather on Sunday will have very little effect on both offenses.
It is as unimportant as Kansas City's so-called loudest fans in the league. Can the Patriots win? Of course, but I have watched the Colts all season and this is not the same team that played Denver 3 weeks ago or the Patriots before that. They are on fire and I think it will continue. As for the "no respect" card. Save it. The Pats get as much respect as the Colts, but let's face it, they aren't an exciting team and the casual fan has seen the Tom Brady Super Bowl win already. Who wants that again except Patriot fans? No one.
But, seeing Peyton Manning break every post-season passing record in the book. Now that's a story. Once again Colts 27, Pats 17. And if I am wrong I will be the first to post an article acknowledging my embarrassment and lack of prediction skills. That is just proper manners.
